Yes, we do prescribe medications for a wide range of mental health conditions. However, please note that we do not prescribe more than one controlled substance (such as stimulants or benzodiazepines) at a time.

If your treatment requires multiple controlled substances, we recommend that you seek care from a psychiatrist, who can provide the appropriate level of oversight and support for more complex medication regimens.

Initial appointments are scheduled for 60 minutes, while follow-up appointments typically last 30 minutes. We kindly ask that you arrive 5–10 minutes early to ensure your connection is working properly and to help us start on time.

It depends on your needs. Many clients start with monthly sessions and then move to every two months or three as they progress. We’ll decide the best pace together.

Yes! We offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions so you can access support from the comfort of your home or office.

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brings you in, explore your goals, and discuss how we can best support your journey. There’s no pressure to share everything right away—we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
